The Rail Road Room

In honor of the Frisco Rail Spur which carried stone quarried on the property all over the state of Kansas, the Railroad Room is a plush reminder of the Pullman Rail cars. The dark wood, red and gold decor, Victorian couch and chair, and king size bed give the room a luxurious feel. The bath is twice the size of anything you would have found on a rail car with the whirlpool tub enclosed by a beaded curtain.

 

"Our stay was most enjoyable! The room was very peaceful as well as the "total" surroundings. The bed was extremely comfortable-almost like home. We were more than pleased with our surroundings outside. You, the hostesses were very pleasant. It was a joy to visit with you.
